August 5, 2005 14:19 - Gorgeous arms...fast!
Welcome to my first entry for August. Lazy, I know, but my excuse is that I'm making the most of summer while it's here!
Do you want to look even better in those summery sleevless and/or low backed clothes?
Here's a tip for you! Pilates arm circles are just fabulous. And fun! I love using mine and have noticed a real improvement in less than two weeks. They tone Tone triceps, biceps, shoulders and upper back!!
"A short, challenging upper body workout to create more shapely arms and shoulders - fast."
But it's not just fast, it's fast and fun...

August 11, 2005 11:09 - Quick Weight Loss and Free Time!
Here in Scotland the school summer hols end next week. But you can bet that the school children are making the most of what free time they have left! This is to urge me and you to do the same. Plenty of time for all the boring stuff that 'should be done' in the winter. But for now focus on the 'want to do'. Let's enjoy yourselves!
Of course, if you'd rather tidy your filing cabinet rather than go on a lovely picnic it's up to you!
Or perhaps you've got a holiday approaching that you're looking forward to. If you're planning on losing a little weight before you go you might be interested in my new quick weight loss page.
August 18, 2005 09:57 - Save a fortune and your teeth!
Would you consider cleaning your teeth with soap? Well, according to Dr Gerard F Judd its one of the kindest things you can do for your teeth. And your bank balance!Personally I've been cleaning my teeth with soap for about a year...and would never go back to toothpaste.
According to Dr Judd:
"Teeth reenamalize when clean. TO MAKE TEETH CLEAN ONE BRUSHES WITH ANY BAR SOAP. Soap washes off in just 2 rinses. What about toothpastes? Glycerine in all tooth pastes is so sticky that it takes 27 washes to get it off. Teeth brushed with any toothpaste are coated with a film and CANNOT PROPERLY REENAMELIZE."
