I haven't found any source that explains this, and many other weight loss methods, more brilliantly than Tom Venuto. He recommends not having more than three low calorie days in a row. Find out more in his fabulous e-book, Burn The Fat. I was seriously impressed with this book!

I know there aren't that many days left until Xmas but try and get as much sleep as you can beforehand.

You'll be happier, brighter, more beautiful and less stressed! Most adults have quite a large sleep debt. Pay some of it off and watch your mood, efficiency and appearance improve!

So, on Xmas day, instead of letting Great Aunt Bertha making you want to screeeeaaaammm you'll just stay nicely detached and think:

"Ah, she can't help it, probably hasn't had enought sleep, poor old thing!"

Research has shown that sleep deprivation can accelerate aging, and its related conditions.

What is the easiest diet?

I'd say it's your own diet. The eat what you want when you want diet!

Scientific tests have shown that if young children are allowed to eat whatever they want they automatically choose a perfectly balanced diet...

Of course, it will work whatever age you are. It's nature's way.

Wishing you an extremely happy and healthy 2006!

Have one or two of your resolutions, diet or otherwise, fallen by the wayside? Don't be too hard on yourself! It's difficult go directly from celebration to abstinence mode...

Personally, I don't even try! I find it happens naturally if I stay spontaneous. I gradually want less of the 'naughties' and more of the 'healthies' and I'll probably be desperate for my month of February detox [tee hee, the shortest month!]

I'm usually ready for it by then, and it won't even be an effort, just a natural transition. Until then I'll keep my fruit and veg intake high, but will not shun any desire for the odd chocolate or three!
