Sorry I've been sooooo lazy and haven't blogged for ages. I have a little clothes and costume jewellery shop and it has been a rather busy time, albeit fun!

Also, without boring you with the details I've been having a rather dramatic and traumatic time recently. As anyone who visits this site regularly will tell you I always go on about how much meditation helps eveything...

But when you're feeling down or stressed it is also a great help to be extra nice to other people. [The temptation can be to be perfectly horrid, but don't do this you'll just feel a million times worse]. It lifts your mood as if by waving a magic wand, or wiggling your nose a la Samantha!

Get plenty of sleep, eat healthy food, meditate and be nice. Smile at everyone and don't worry about the ones who are so wrapped up in their own stuff they don't return it. Anyway, perhaps they just haven't got their contact lenses in and can't see your happy grin!

By uplifting others we uplift ourselves.

And at the risk of sounding really really corny and making you all groan, count your blessings before you go to sleep every night; because it works magically and you'll just get more of them.
