Don't forget that everyone's 'amazing diet' is a little different. Don't be afraid to 'tailor' things to your liking. and never worry about the odd little 'cheat' here and there.

Enjoy it and it will work. Make it seem like a 'penance' and you'll hate any diet.

One of the best diet tips is to eat really slowly. Chew until your food is liquid. Don't do anything else such as watching TV or reading as you chew.

That way, as soon as you get bored just chewing you'll know you've had enough!
