Antiaging solutions are in high demand. This page is about solutions, as in answers. Not lotions, potions and surgery, but time tested methods that can make you look and feel younger.

Lotions and potions can be a good extra but that is all. They are not the only answer. True beauty really does come from within.

The first and best of the antiaging solutions is yourself. Change your attitude, change your real age. Forget that date on the birth certificate. Expect to slow down, break down, run down and you possibly will. Expect to stay young and gorgeous and you probably will!

The best, in my opinion, antiaging solutions are as follows:

An enjoyable and regular antiaging exercise regime is a must. It doesn't matter what works for someone else: If you don't enjoy it you probably won't do it.

Eat a healthy diet. Mainly eat freshly cooked foods with lots of fruit and veg. I know you know this, but sometimes extra reminders are good as we find ourselves reaching for that fourth biscuit!

A way that works for me is too stick to a very healthy diet during the week, but to be naughtier at weekends. I sometimes slip in the week too. But I'm only human, and so are you! Guilt just leads to more stress. So if you do indulge then enjoy it to the full!

A good relaxation technique is amongst the most essential antiaging solutions. Stress makes the body age very quickly.

All meditators I know look years younger than their actual age. And there is masses of recent scientific research proving what the sages have known for centuries. Meditation makes you look good and feel fabulous!

An occasional detox is amazingly effective. Just wonderful for womens natural health and beauty.

This can be anything from a simple one day juice fast to an all out water fast. But of course you know to check with your health professional before embarking on any new diet and/or exercise regime!

Simplifying is another of the wonderful and natural antiaging solutions. Stress ages. You may be juggling too many tasks and responsibilities. Simplify, and then simplify again.

As an example I have simplified my life by moving to a rural community in Scotland. If I had stayed in London my outgoings would have been about three times higher. And so would my stress levels!

I'm not saying that I never get stressed. That would be fibbing! However, by utilising most of the methods on this site I am happy most of the time and feel as energetic and weigh the same (120 pounds) as when I was eighteen(I was born in 1958).

I intend to feel the same at ninety. And so can you!
