I started meditating when I was very stressed at work. It had taken over my life and some nights I wasn't leaving the office until 9pm. It was my own choice, I thought the 'problems' were too important to leave!!

I drove to my meditation induction feeling so stressed. Why couldn't all that traffic get out of my way?

But on the way back, what a difference,I was completely relaxed, but alert.

An almost instant benefit of meditation!

Within a few days of meditating I was getting out of that stuffy office at 3pm, having achieved much more than I had on the 9pm days.

This is quite simply because meditating makes the mind more coherent...

Tasks get completed more efficiently and in a more logical order. And with lots more enjoyment!
