Benefit of Yoga for Your Increased Health and Happiness.



Want to know the benefit of yoga? Well it would be quicker to say what isn't a benefit, because we'd have a blank page!

It's the flexibility of your spine, not the date on your birth certificate that says how old you are. To stay looking young your spine comes first.

A friend of mine is a masseuse. One day a lady in her mid-eighties came in for treatment. She had a wonderful youthful glow and a sparkle in her eyes. She took off her clothes to reveal...

She was as lithe, slim and supple as a fit teenager!

Hows that for a benefit of yoga? So many focus on just their face and neck in the 'battle against aging'.

There is no battle. You are ageless. Look after your spine and stay that way.

Everyone I know who practices yoga is gorgeous, whatever their age, from ten to one hundred and ten.

Another benefit is that it's excellent for reducing blood pressure. Hundreds of studies have proved this.

Yoga can make you happier, healthier, slimmer and more youthful.

Literally, yoga means 'union' and encompases meditation, breathing techniques, healthy eating and yogas asanas...

But most people (including me) usually think of yoga as the 'yoga asanas'...the back, forward and side bends, and the 'pretzel positions'.

However, just the yoga asanas on their own are amazing. If you add a meditation technique it becomes turbo charged. If you dont already meditate I can recommend an easy but fabulously powerful meditation technique.
