Avoid Debt Stress: It's hard to hand over cash for trash!

Hopefully you're visiting this page before experiencing debt stress. If not, then it should prove helpful to you, too.

Have you been over-spending lately or have you been sensible? By over-spending I mean spending over-budget so that paying your bills is a strain. I don't want you suffering from debt stress.

A simple solution is to leave the plastic at home. I know this really is a case of stating the blatantly obvious. Sorry!

Stay happy by staying within your budget. Sounds boring, but it's not really. Anything that keeps you happier is good. So many financial experts advise leaving the plastic at home and paying with cash.

Sounds so obvious that you almost wonder why they bother mentioning it. However, they keep mentioning it because most of us ignore it. The result is debt stress.

I've been 'ditching the plastic' recently [not using it as much!]. It has really amazed me how much more satisfying buying with cash is. Paying with actual cash makes you really choosy about what you buy.

Recently I went on a two day shopping spree [I live 120 miles from the nearest city]. In the past I have usually taken my cards with me. And overspent and felt horrible afterwards...

This time I just took a certain amount of cash with me...

It was sooo much better. I was really choosy about what I bought, rather than just spontaneously handing over a card...

It is so difficult to hand over cash for trash. Hence, better experience, better products, better experience!

P.S. This 'rich jerk' doesn't seem to be suffering from debt stress!
