GROUPS: Groups are fun and highly effective!
If you would like a group session, usually up to six people, get in touch and we'll tailor it to your needs. To give an idea of the cost, a one day group session, comprising two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon and including an initial 'get to know you' period, is only £300.00 in total (just £50 each for a group of six).

If you’re having a course of appointments with us, we will continually monitor your meditation progress. However, if you only visited us to learn The POWER Method©, or your appointments have finished, we offer a half hour ‘Tune Up’ session.
This will re-establish what you have already learned and iron out any problems that may be hindering your progress. We can also offer tips and techniques to further enhance your meditation experience... - Half hour Tune-Up session - £30.00
