Would you like a flatter tummy?

Is that a resounding 'Yes!' I hear? Let's approach this tummy fat, from a few angles...

And I don't mean while standing in front of a mirror!

Research has shown that stress can increase cortisol levels, which can increase appetite. This stress related over-eating usually results in

increased abdominal fat...

It goes without saying not to forget the exercise! Aerobic exercise is good in general for burning extra calories and shrinking that tummy.

Also it's good to do some tummy exercises to target your abdominal muscles.
