Have you tried the Five Tibetan Rites?

Have you ever come across, or tried, the amazing Five Tibetan Rites?
I discovered them at least six years ago via an ebook. The story is as told by a 'Colonel Bradford', who starts the book looking and feeling rather old and worn out, and ends up, after discovering these magical exercises, zillions of years younger (very slight exaggeration!)
But, joking apart, they are incredibly good. I wouldn't be without them. They were invented, supposedly, by monks in ancient Tibet, to get all the energy centres spinning at the same rate. This is apparently what keeps us young.
People swear that when they stop them they can see and feel themselves becoming older in a short time. And they quickly resume the benefits when they stop.
Personally I have kept them up for most of the time since I discovered them. I really notice a difference when I stop, and it's not a good one!
The brilliant thing is that they are so simple to do. They are just five (surprise surprise!) exercises that can be completed in about five minutes a day.
Everyone I have recommended them to has loved them. My hubby loves them, but he's a bit naughty and takes too many 'non-rite' breaks. He gets really annoyed with himself, because he doens;t feel as good when he doesn't bother.
Testimonials I've read include; weight loss, wrinkles fading, gray hair turning dark again, fat disappearing, rheumatism and arthritis symptoms disappearing, more energy, and countless more.
If you want to try them you can download them immediately right here (after paying a well-worth-it smallish sum)and be spinning (first exercise!) in minutes...
Apart from the exercises it's an interesting and inspiring read.
And yes, that review is an unsolicited testimonial written by me after I had first started them, because I was so pleased.
Has anyone out there tried them. I'd love your comments and opinions...
