Keep that health savings account topped up! I'm not talking about cash but health credits!



Yes, you can make occasional withdrawals such as:

High day and holiday binges.

"Can't be bothered to exercise" days

Mini weekend binges

A daily piece of chocolate

Whatever 'is your bag baby' but keep paying in!

And the easiest and quickest way to make high deposits is your daily meditation. Because when you have this wonderful basis it makes all the other stuff easier.

Here is a an easy meditation method if you don't already have one

Meditation somehow makes everything elso fall into place. I find it much easier to eat well and exercise when I keep up with meditation. Why?

Because it heightens the body's intelligence....and the body knows what's good for it.....and it will make sure it gets it! For example when the body's intelligence is heightened your brain sends positive messages. So you:

  • Automatically order the healthy option in a restaurant

  • Find it 'a doddle' to exercise

  • Go to bed at a reasonable hour

And in turn all these positive things add to your health savings account.

Wouldn't it be great if it were as easy to pay into your cash savings...Well in a way it is because the more your mind and body are in tune the more easily good stuff comes to you.

It's just a law of nature!

Now there'e one teensy weensy little catch..........

Meditating really does make you feel better. Life becomes easier. However, we've spent a long time being programmed that good stuff has to be toiled for...

Maybe we don't deserve it. This is very common, it's easy to feel 'guilt' about feeling so good.

If this happens to you...don't fall for it. Because you do deserve it! Just overide that negative voice trying to spoil things for you. Don't listen!
