Your feelings and emotions imprint themselves on your heart. A great way to automatically release stresses is by meditating. If you don't have a method try the easy meditation technique on this site.

Meditating will automatically remove a lot of negative emotions. According to ayurveda certain behaviours contribute enormously to a heart health. These include:

  • Being Truthful.

  • Getting Sufficient sleep.

  • Being free from anger.

  • Not straining: Being spontaneous.

  • Only speaking if you can say something nice!

  • Being generous.

  • Being free of conceit

    But the most important thing is meditation, because good and positive emotions carry on naturally from there.

    here are some healthy heart tips:

  • Eat a healthy diet. Reduce your fat intake, partiularly animal fats. Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. Add ginger to your meals. It's great for the circulation.

  • Make sure you are getting adequate vitamin E. Research has shown this to be an essential vitamin for heart health.

  • Keep your caffeine intake to a minimum.

  • Get adequate exercise. Something you enjoy is essential. Walking is great. Combine this with yoga and it becomes fantastic!

  • Keep alcohol intake to a minimum. At last keep withn the healthy guidelines. Have the occasional month/week/day [whatever you can manage] when you are alcohol free.

  • Don't put much attention on possible illness. Focus on health and happiness. Enjoy each day. Live it to the full. Be happy.
