Enjoy A Happy and Healthy Pregnancy

The best way to enjoy a happy and healthy pregnancy is to have a happy attitude.

I have never been pregnant but, over the years, have had various pregnant friends phoning me in tears...

This is because their doctors or health practitioners had frightened them by going into endless detail about all the things that could go wrong. Just what they needed during this 'happy time'!

Just remember that pregnancy is not an illness. By the law of averages a happy and healthy pregnancy and labour is the likeliest outcome.

Obviously be sensible by eating well and looking after yourself. Eat plenty of fruit and veggies. Get adequate exercise. Yoga and walking are good. However, make sure you get the O.K. from your doctor or health practititioner.

However, try and ignore any doom and gloom merchants and put your attention on all the happy aspects of your pregnancy.

Create a happy baby from the womb onwards. Watch happy films, read happy books, surround yourself with positive people.

Put your attention on an easy birth as this is the most likely outcome.
