They may be all you need. They certainly work for me and lots of other people I know. The following are my womens weight loss tips for achieving your perfect weight, the ayurvedic way. Ayurvedic eating is very much based on the efficiency of your digestive system...The more efficient it is the quicker it burns up those calories.Eat breakfast acording to your appetite. Have your main meal at lunch. Eat a light supper, preferably before 8pm. This is because the digestive fire is more intense at lunchtime. The digestive fire is called 'agni'. The more you keep agni 'fired up' the easier your body will burn up those calories. An excellent way to keep your agni 'fired up' is to sip hot water with your meal. Sipping hot water throughout the day is very powerful. In fact, I have known of some people who have had to stop doing this: They were losing too much weight! So minimize ice-cold drinks as they put out that important digestive fire. If you can manage to take a sip of hot water every half hour it is very powerful. A indespensable womens weight loss tip is to eat only when you are hungry. Minimize raw food. Well cooked food is easier to digest. Sit down to eat, in a settled atmosphere. It is best not to eat if you feel upset. Do not overeat. Eat to the point of being 'satified', rather than full....Chew your food well. The more you chew, this begins the digestion process and , again, leads to faster womens weight loss. It is good to have a little cayenne pepper on your food, this is another stimulater of the digestive fire. As is ginger and most spicy food. If you can be bothered, make a mixture of fresh grated ginger and lemon (equal amounts) and eat a teaspoonful about five minutes before your meal. Eat food that is as fresh and natural as possible.
